I majored in psychology and professional writing at university in Australia, and minored in art and philosophy. I have a long history of working with people in a therapeutic setting having owned and operated a multidisciplinary health clinic for many years.

My interest is in human potential, divinity, the nature of mind and our relationship to life itself, and I've developed number of psychospiritual coaching tools for managing and mastering self-limitation.

My strength in coaching is my intuitive perception and natural ability to guide others toward a synthesis of psychological insight and spiritual awareness. This transformative combination opens pathways to self-realisation and growth, truly pushing the bounds of human capacity.

I am a mother of four and grandmother of three, and reside in Australia and New Zealand.
